Wherever You Are Oatmeal

Serves one

  • ½ cup of dry quick oats
  • 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • ½ tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Optional

  • Sliced Banana
  • Blackberries or Blueberries or Raspberries
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Cinnamon instead of cocoa powder

Directions

Add dry oats to bowl, cover with boiling water (the amount of water depends on the viscosity you prefer your oats to be), add your peanut butter and cover with plate. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Add all other ingredients, mix will and top with fresh fruit if you’d like to add more sweetness.
